Welcome to the ticketing platform for the St. Patrick’s Ball 2026!

The Irish Chamber of Commerce China, Le Cheile, Shanghai GAA and Friends of Northern Ireland China (collectively ‘the organisers’) are delighted to present the 2026 St. Patrick’s Ball.
The Ball has been designed as an opportunity for the Irish Community and friends in Shanghai to come together and celebrate our national holiday.

The event will be held at the Swissotel Grand Shanghai (‘the Hotel’) Ballroom, 1 Yuyuan Road, Jing’an on Saturday 14 March 2026, and will consist of a welcoming reception, dinner and entertainment, and post dinner dance party. Registration will open from 6.15pm, with the welcoming reception starting at 6.30pm followed by dinner at 7.30pm. The event will close at 1am. Dress code is black tie.

Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, Kerry, PM Group, Bartra and Glanbia, we will be bringing you a packed evening of Irish music and dance. Our produce sponsors, Guinness, Baileys and Jameson will be bringing your favourite Irish tipples and nibbles.

We are delighted to partner with one of Shanghai’s most deserving charities, Shanghai Sunrise, with 10% of ticket sales to be donated to the charity. During the evening, there will be a raffle to raise further funds with the usual range of exciting prizes to be won amid increasing tension and excitement. Through your kind generosity, we can make a significant contribution to support Shanghai Sunrise.

Ticket price: early bird prior to 15 February 2026 - RMB 950 per head; standard - RMB 1,050 per head.
Currently, there are 140 tickets available for sale to the general Irish community. A small number of additional tickets may become available later.
