Being one international community in west Shanghai there are MixC complex, Laowai street the 35 years old bars collection and many friendly to expats living services. There are also many international schools for kids of different civil backgrounds in the surrounding area. Since there is huge underground parking lot cars are not permitted to be on the ground so you can feel the whole compound tidy and clean. At the gate there is public bus which can take you to west Bund in 30 minutes. If you take your scooter there is special parking space underground where you can also charge it.
The surrouding block is the famous luxury dwelling district of Minhang where there are many bars, supermarkets appropriate for you.
