The house lies in a high-rise compound in west Nanjing Road, at the cross of Zhenning Road where there are many restaurants, fresh market and other living room. Behind the compound is Yuyuan Road which is the favorite walking street full of delicious foods, characteristic bars, cafes and interesting stores. Beside the compound is one leisure center now becoming one brand shows center and there is one big meadow which now becomes the meeting space for youngsters.
From each window you can view the beautiful sight of old downtown as there is no other high buildings in front. Central AC is applied in the whole house and there is western kitchen, bathtub.
Walking from the compound to Jing'an Temple would take around ten minutes. Along west Nanjing Road in front you can see many brand shops and restaurants run by bosses from abroad.
