The compound is between Xinzha Road and Wuding Road and there are gates in two roads. In the compound there are villa houses, multiple layer buildings and two high-rise buildings so from your each window you can view the spacious old downtown sight till Suzhou Creek and west Nanjing Road without any blocking from other high buildings. In the house there is south facing open balcony, floor heating driven by gas, central AC, oven and dishwasher. The kitchen and restroom are both separate from main rooms. In the second bedroom there is super big west facing balcony.
In south of the compound is the La Doll Garden, then the west Nanjing Road area. Walking to east you can reach the meandering Suzhou Creek in fifteen minutes and in north is the famous butterfly park inside which there is one nice canteen and cafes beside the river.
