It's a loft apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floors, has a great kitchen, lots of storage space, and a second room for working/exercising/bedroom. We loved the balcony which gets sun all day long. It's located in a super handy area on Yanping Rd/Wuding Rd with import supermarkets, cafes, restaurants (Alimentari, Fat Cow, O' Mill's Bites and Brews, RAC, Bastard, etc.), bars, drycleaners, banks, and more at your doorstep. Short walk to metro lines 2, 7 and 14, and a quick walk/cycle to the centre of Jingan, Suzhou River area, etc.

We're looking for someone to take over a lease (2 more years) and there's no agency fee.
