Beside the Huashan Green Space there is one quiet compound shaded by high trees and once you enter into the compound you'll find it sunny and spacious, circled by trees and shrubs. The house lies on the top floor, without any noise of the city and without visual blocking from other buildings. Sunshine can permeate the whole house from morning to afternoon. Its spacious living room is now divided into two sections by one folded glass door so you can get a bright study. Both the living room and the bedroom face south and there is one separate storing room which is big enough for all your staff.
Floor heating driven by gas and central AC has been applied in the whole house. Being one side house there are more windows than normal apartments in the building. Frequently you can see birds flying in front you and the flora springs up every morning to make out amazing image different each week.
