Layout of the house:
The house is divided into two sections and the middle is living room plus the open balcony facing the villa house downstairs. Left is the study facing north, the neighoboring storage room, then the kitchen on the other side of the lobby whose window faces west.
Right is composed of two bedrooms one of which is the master bedroom with en suite restroom, one dressing room and one public restroom.
If you're a family all the members can keep well their own privacy and, as there is no other high builiding in front, the view outside each window is spacious and beautiful.
Floor heating is applied in the whole house and there is oven, dishwasher in the kitchen. Besides, there is washing machine & dryer set.
Being the rare high-rise compound on the verge of old downtown, Haisi Tower is renowned for its excellent location, good natural environment and good outer spaces. Walking from the compound to Line 10/11 Jiaotong University would take only several minutes. The nearby Huashan Road, middle Huaihai Road, Hunan Road are also famous roads where many bonny old houses stand.
