The house is one sunny apartment that in the living room there are three big windows facing south, one big window facing west. In the public restroom there is window facing west and in the bedroom there are two windows facing north. The second floor is high as 3 meters and there is window facing west, three ceiling windows. Once you enter into the house you can find many spaces as storage that all the staff can be put in.
Outside the gate of the compound is the metro station of Line 13 middle Huaihai Road. The Ruijin Road in front connects Taikoo Hui in West Nanjing Road, middle Huaihai Road, Ruijin Intercontinental Hotel and Dapuqiao. Walking from the compound to IAPM or Xintiandi might take similar time, around 15 minutes. The surrounding area is the traditional superior living circle where some famous mansions stand.
Julu Road, the Central Park and French Park are also nearby so you can find a lot of attractive leisure spaces.
