The house is in a high-rise compound at the core area of Xintiandi. Walking to Xintiandi leisure complex or the Pacific Lake would take only several minutes.
At the gate is the Madang Grocery Store where you can get most fresh veg, meat and fish. 200 meters away is metro station of middle Fuxing Road and beside the metro is one century old church still available now.
Beside the Xintiandi complex there is one more Madang commercial complex composed of Lu One Mall and The Roof Mall whose prices might be a little amiable.
Madang Road is also one century old small lane and most of the buildings are the relics of the golden time.
