It is a 2 bedrooms appartment but realisticaly the topfloor would be the bedroom and the second room on the first floor would be a cosy office, like I arranged it myself on the pictures.

The rent is 10 000rmb every month, pay every two months and one month deposit, no agent comission.

My contract is ending in 2 month and I am now moving in with my girlfriend who has animals so I sadly have to let this gem goes.
