Quiet, second floor apartment facing beautiful tree-lined Nanchang Lu, a few minutes walk from Fuxing Park (and INS), multiple metro stations, Huaihai Zhong Lu shops, and many fruit stands on the block. I have absolutely loved living here but am relocating back to the US for work at the end of this month and need someone to take over my lease through Feb 5, 2027.

The apartment has an oven, in-unit washing machine, enclosed shower, an open balcony, and pet-friendly. Neighbors are lovely, landlord is responsive if needed but otherwise hands-off. Cannot recommend enough. I wish I were staying in Shanghai to keep this spot!
