Between the mansion and the main road there is two more high buildings so inside the house you can feel much quiet. With windows facing different directions, the natural light and air in the house are nice.
Since there are two parks and several green spaces within 10 minutes walking circle, you can feel the surrounding area peaceful and lovely. Most of the lanes are shaded by cotonier trees that even in hot summer days sunshine would feel not so powerful.
