Located in the heart of old Jing’an, this charming apartment offers a great combination of space, character, and convenience. The surrounding area is extremely convenient, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarkets, and everyday amenities within easy reach.

One of the highlights of the apartment is the spacious private terrace. Head upstairs and you’ll have an open view over the surrounding neighborhood, making it a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee, have a drink in the evening, or simply take in the sunset after a long day.

The apartment has plenty of character, with high ceilings and a warm, lived-in feel. It was previously rented by a German tenant who stayed here for around four years, which is a nice indication that the apartment works well as a long-term home.

With its central location, generous outdoor space, and unique character, this is a great option for someone looking for a home with a little more personality than a typical modern apartment.
