This is a 4‑person shared apartment, one person per room. Current flat‑mates are three young tenants: two internationals from Russia and the Netherlands, plus one Chinese tenant.
It enjoys an excellent location with great accessibility. There are plenty of western restaurants and cafés downstairs, and it is very convenient to get to the driving school. It is an elevator building. The bathroom has a balcony for laundry drying, with good overall ventilation and lighting.
This particular room is well‑priced with great value for money, though the room itself does not get much natural light. There is a storage room in the common area where you can store plenty of belongings.
