Complex Accounting & Review 

• Lead monthly/quarterly closing processes, ensuring compliance with Chinese GAAP and IFRS.
• Review junior accountants'work (e.g., journal entries, reconciliations) and provide guidance. 

Client & Project Management 

• Serve as primary contact for key clients on complex accounting/tax matters.
• Lead financial due diligence for M&A projects and extraordinary transactions. 

Tax & Compliance 

• Oversee tax filings (VAT, CIT, transfer pricing), liaise with tax authorities.  
• Design internal control policies and coordinate annual audits.  

Team Development

• Train and mentor junior staff on software, regulations, and client communication. 

Experience 

• 5+ years in accounting/finance, with at least 2 years in a senior role at a consulting firm.
• Proven experience in managing multinational client portfolios. 

Technical Skills 

• Expertise in Kingdee/Yonyou and advanced Excel (e.g., PivotTables, Power Query).
• Deep knowledge of China tax laws and IFRS; CPA/ACCA preferred. 

Soft Skills 

• Fluent in English (CET-6 or equivalent) for cross-border communication.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and client negotiation skills.
