• Handle the full accounting process for the store, including revenue, purchasing costs, expenses, and inventory accounting.
• Reconcile revenue across multiple payment channels, prepare daily and monthly revenue reports, and track cash flow.
• Coordinate with suppliers on invoice and document reconciliation, payment settlements, and accounts payable/receivable, while managing credit risks.
• Oversee inventory from a financial perspective, conduct regular stock counts, reconcile inventory in and out, and identify inventory loss and overstocking issues.
• Manage invoices and tax filings, stay familiar with tax policies for small businesses, and help ensure tax compliance.
• Organize and maintain accounting vouchers, financial reports, and contracts, and assist with audits and financial reviews.

• College diploma or above, preferably with a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. An entry-level accounting certificate is a plus.
• 1-3 years of finance or accounting experience. Experience in retail, fashion, or multi-brand stores is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible, with strong professional ethics and attention to financial compliance.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to work with suppliers and store teams and communicate financial issues in a timely manner.
• Proficient in Kingdee or Yonyou accounting software, with strong Excel and data analysis skills.
