• Provide daily administrative and operational support to the supplier management team to ensure smooth processes.
• Review supplier work, identify and analyze issues, trace root causes, and summarize findings in clear reports.
• Review, organize, and archive related documents, and help establish a structured document management system.
• Assist with coordination and communication across the supply chain, and follow up on the progress of related tasks.
• Provide additional project and operational support as assigned, with regular independent reporting on progress.

• Detail-oriented and organized working style, with strong logical thinking and attention to accuracy.
• Proactive, self-disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong professional ethics, integrity, and a sense of responsibility, with good commercial awareness.

Language:

• English required (C1 level or equivalent).
• Spanish (B2–C1 level or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate fluently in professional working environments.

Experience:

• 1–2 years of work experience preferred.
• Experience in assistant or administrative roles is a plus.
• Outstanding recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Based in the Yangtze River Delta region (Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai), with Shanghai residents preferred.
