The Show Assistant supports MAO’s live event operations, including ticket exchange, ticket checking, and bar beverage sales. The role requires working night shifts and maintaining smooth on-site processes during events. Assistants must commit to signing up for at least four shifts per month, with no fewer than two shifts scheduled. The position includes a three-month probation period.

• Strong interest in live music and comfortable working in MAO’s event environment
• Ability to work night shifts
• Hardworking, honest, responsible, and proactive
• Good service awareness and strong teamwork spirit
• Preference given to candidates with a detail-oriented mindset (such as those with a “cleanliness” or “perfectionist” tendency)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working at live events
• Fluency in English
