• Lead early-stage project planning and concept design, including spatial layouts and facade design.
• Understand office project construction methods, material applications, and detail handling; hand-drawing skills preferred.
• Review and prepare interior design drawings and related documentation.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., rendering teams) to ensure synchronized design work.
• Actively collaborate with clients to deliver timely design solutions.
• Manage on-site project coordination during later project stages.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Interior Design or related field.
• Mid-level: 3–6 years of relevant experience; Senior-level: 7–12 years or experience at a major, well-known design firm.
• Familiarity with architectural and interior design processes and standards, including MEP, structure, and related disciplines.
• Passion for interior design and strong willingness to learn and expand knowledge.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong verbal and written communication, teamwork, and professionalism.
• Responsible, reliable, and dedicated with high professional ethics.
• Strong artistic sensibility, creativity, and client presentation/persuasion skills.
• LEED or WELL certification is a plus.
