• Assist designers in developing new collections and brand-related tasks, including pattern communication, inspiration collection, and technical sheets.
• Understand and select various fabrics and accessories for product development.
• Support designers in refining garment patterns and production details with precision.
• Coordinate with factories according to brand production needs.
• Assist with purchasing and placing production orders.
• Participate in brand development and daily photoshoots.
• Occasional business trips may be required.

• Strong aesthetic sense and ability to independently develop designs.
• Knowledge of fashion design and previous experience in apparel work.
• Detail-oriented, practical, and reliable.
• Proficient in design software such as Photoshop (PS), Illustrator (AI), and Procreate.
• High professional integrity, able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication, learning, and execution skills.
