Description
- Assist with seasonal collection design and development
- Support fabric sourcing and garment development processes
- Assist designers with daily tasks and ensure work is completed on schedule
- Support team expansion initiatives and collaborative projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Fashion Design or a related field
- Strong artistic foundation and visual sensibility
- Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop (PS) and Illustrator (AI)
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Interest in and sensitivity to ethnic, cultural, and humanistic arts
- Understanding of and passion for MORIN KHUUR’s design style and brand philosophy
- Strong execution skills with a high level of professionalism and teamwork
- Basic English communication and writing skills
