• Develop AI-assisted architectural and interior design concepts, primarily for commercial spaces
• Create spatial concepts with strong visual storytelling and aesthetic sensibility
• Participate in generative design, AI modeling, and digital visualization workflows
• Collaborate on retail and F&B space projects from concept development to presentation
• Utilize AI and design tools to explore innovative spatial solutions

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, Interior Design, Digital Art, or related fields
• Strong spatial imagination, design ability, and visual storytelling skills
• Proficiency in Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and CAD
• Familiarity with tools such as Nono Bonana, Gemini, Ladybug, Wallacei, Midjourney, Runway, Unreal Engine, and ChatGPT
• Strong interest and practical experience in AI, generative design, and modeling
• Experience in retail and F&B commercial space projects is required
• Portfolio should be focused and curated, highlighting selected key projects rather than a broad collection
