We are looking for talented producers and production assistants to join our team and support fashion ad projects. The role involves assisting with pre-production, coordinating on-set work, managing budgets, post-production support, and maintaining project documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with pre-production materials, including contracts, budgets, schedules, locations, personnel coordination, and delivery standards
• Handle unexpected project issues, control budgets, and manage production image
• Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors for production needs
• Identify gaps and backup solutions before shoots
• Work collaboratively with all departments during shoots
• Assist with post-production processes
• Manage project reimbursements, settlements, and crew credits

• Producers: minimum 3 years of experience; Production Assistants: minimum 1 year of experience
• Experience in fashion advertising production is a plus
• Basic understanding of the fashion ad industry
• Flexible and committed to working hours
• Familiarity with video and photo production workflows
• Knowledge of directors, photographers, models, stylists, hair & makeup artists
• Ability to deliver content on time and maintain quality
• Rational, proactive attitude toward content production, with a willingness to learn and improve
• Proficient with Apple software
• Bilingual communication in English and Chinese
• Strong focus, outgoing, team-oriented; willing to resign if not aligned with work status
