• Assist the animation team in day-to-day production work
• Participate in real animation projects and production pipelines
• Create original animation drawings based on storyboards
• Support animators and instructors in completing the final animation output

• Familiar with animation principles such as motion and timing
• Ability to understand performance and express subtle emotions through drawing
• Proficient in at least one 2D animation software (e.g. TVPaint, Clip Studio Paint, etc.)
• Passionate about animation, not just task-driven, and open to creative exploration
