• Assist the art director in developing creative concepts, including sourcing references and organizing research materials
• Build 3D models and render visual outputs based on approved art direction and design proposals
• Follow through the full production process, including set supervision, prop sourcing or fabrication, and ensuring smooth project execution
• Support on-site production and assist during photo or video shoots

• Bachelor’s degree or above; background in art, architecture, or design preferred
• Strong interest in art and fashion with solid knowledge and aesthetic judgment
• Proficient in Photoshop and SketchUp or Blender; experienced in rendering software; basic hand-drawing skills required
• Strong ability to work under pressure, with good communication skills, responsibility, time management, and self-motivation
• Based in Shanghai preferred
