Description
- Serve as a dedicated contact for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNWI) clients, understanding their lifestyle and travel preferences
- Design highly personalized, end-to-end luxury itineraries across China, including exclusive access experiences, premium accommodations, and curated activities
- Provide white-glove concierge support throughout the entire client journey with discretion and proactive service
- Collaborate with elite local partners, guides, and internal teams to deliver seamless, world-class travel experiences
- Stay updated on luxury travel trends, cultural insights, and exclusive opportunities across China
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with UHNWI clients to ensure retention and repeat engagement
Requirements
- Proven experience working with UHNWI clients in luxury travel, hospitality, private concierge services, or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of China travel, culture, and luxury travel landscape
- Fluency in English required; Mandarin Chinese HSK 4 or above (or equivalent proficiency)
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), WhatsApp, and Chinese social media platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu)
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organization skills, and high-level communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion
- Flexible working availability (including possible Tuesday–Saturday schedule)
