Description
We are looking for a Brand Visual Designer to lead the development and execution of the brand’s visual identity across digital, product, and offline touchpoints. This role will be responsible for building a consistent visual language and creating high-quality designs that strengthen brand recognition and customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Brand assets & visual guidelines
- Maintain and evolve the brand’s VI system, defining the brand’s unique visual language, including color systems, typography, supporting graphics, and patterns.
- Develop visual style guidelines for photography direction, model selection, and image treatment to ensure a consistent and premium brand image across all channels.
- E-commerce & social media visuals
- Design store pages, product detail pages, campaign banners, and promotional assets for platforms including Tmall, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, and mini programs, with a focus on improving engagement and conversion.
- Create visual content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Xiaohongshu, and WeChat Official Account, including launch posters, countdown visuals, brand storytelling content, motion graphics, and video covers.
- Create product-focused visuals such as comparison graphics, ingredient highlights, and craftsmanship explanations.
- Product, packaging & offline materials
- Participate in product design development and bring new perspectives to product aesthetics.
- Lead packaging design projects, including outer packaging, inner packaging, material selection, and color proofing, to ensure the final product matches the brand’s positioning.
- Design offline event visuals, including key visuals, posters, lightbox graphics, window displays, and product display materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Visual Communication, Fashion Design, Advertising, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in fashion, personal care, beauty, or related industries.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of typography and experience working with both Chinese and Western typefaces.
- Strong layout skills, with the ability to create editorial-style designs with a sense of balance, elegance, and visual storytelling.
- Strong aesthetic judgment and the ability to create different visual moods, from elegant and minimal to experimental and contemporary.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fashion environment with frequent product launches and major campaign periods such as 618 and Double 11.
