Description
Marius is looking for a Senior Visual Creative to lead the brand’s visual direction and create consistent, high-quality brand experiences across different channels. This role will be responsible for building the visual identity system, leading creative projects, and bringing seasonal and campaign concepts to life.
- Build and optimize the brand’s VI visual identity system based on brand development needs, ensuring a consistent visual style across all channels.
- Lead the creative planning and execution of image films, lookbooks, and short video shoots, including concept development, on-site supervision, and image selection.
- Develop visual concepts for seasonal and monthly marketing campaigns, including product styling, character concepts, and creative themes.
- Oversee the creative design and execution of offline materials, including advertising assets, packaging, gifts, and branded merchandise.
- Independently manage visual projects from concept development to final execution, while coordinating with relevant teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in visual planning, creative direction, or related roles in fashion brands, media, or creative agencies. Experience with high-end fashion brands is preferred.
- Strong aesthetic judgment with the ability to create original concepts and turn ideas into visual projects.
- Proficient in mainstream design and video editing tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and CapCut.
- Able to independently manage full-scale brand visual projects and lead the implementation process.
- Open to exploring and using AI visual tools.
- Strong hands-on ability with both creative thinking and execution skills.
