• Plan weekly shooting schedules and coordinate the production team, including videographers and editors.
• Write short video scripts for products, furniture, craftsmanship, and interior spaces based on brand strategies.
• Manage on-site filming, including visual composition and lighting, and review final videos to ensure consistency with the brand style.
• Track video performance metrics such as completion rates and viral content data, and conduct weekly reviews to optimize content strategy.
• Coordinate with the customer service team for account publishing and content updates.

• Experience in short video planning, especially for narrative videos, product, home, or interior design-related content, is preferred.
• Strong understanding of camera language and the ability to create scripts with a strong sense of atmosphere.
• Experience in managing the filming process from planning to production.
• Good aesthetic sense and familiarity with glass furniture or home design styles.
