• Create short-form video content for book-related social media accounts, including material selection, editing, subtitle design, music selection, color adjustment, and optimizing pacing and visual quality.
• Adapt video content to different platform requirements and traffic strategies, supporting daily content updates and performance testing.
• Analyze content performance data, including views, likes, saves, shares, and conversion rates, to identify trends and improve content strategies.
• Review and break down successful content formats, including topics, copywriting structures, and editing styles, to improve audience engagement and content performance.

• Have a passion for reading and a strong interest in cultural content; familiarity with books published by Imaginist is a plus.
• Have good writing skills and an understanding of content creation.
• Be detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to handle routine tasks with care.
• Have strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Be familiar with video editing software and tools required for the role.
