We are seeking creative and innovative individuals to help manage our social media platforms and execute engaging campaigns. Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: Manage content updates across our external platforms, including Xiaohongshu, Instagram, and our official website. Plan, publish, and analyze content performance regularly.
- Creative Campaigns: Develop and pitch creative content proposals in line with our studio’s style and needs, with the ability to implement them effectively.
- Event Operations: Plan, execute, and review social media engagement activities to interact with fans. Manage event promotion, execution, and follow-up.
- User Engagement: Handle user inquiries, feedback, and identify key public sentiment trends on social media, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in mainstream social media operations, with a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Solid copywriting skills with a passion for creative content creation.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) and basic video editing skills (e.g., Jianying).
- Strong communication, logical thinking, and cross-department collaboration skills.
