Description
- Execute business development work in accordance with established SOP processes
- Source, develop, and expand influencer (KOL) partnerships, including outreach, negotiation, execution, tracking, and review
- Use store backend systems and third-party data tools to analyze influencer performance and target audience profiles
- Prepare tailored product proposals and manage the full collaboration cycle (selection, outreach, pitching, contracting, traffic boosting, and long-term cooperation)
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize sales data and ROI, adjusting strategies to improve performance
- Manage and verify product links to ensure smooth influencer sales without errors
- Maintain regular communication with influencers; conduct in-person meetings with key partners when necessary
- Leverage company resources and external channels to expand mid-tier and top-tier influencer networks
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in Business Development, influencer management, or media buying
- Familiarity with the pet industry influencer ecosystem; proven collaboration cases preferred
- Existing network of top-tier pet industry KOL resources
- Understanding of promotional strategies within pet-related categories
- Livestream operation experience and knowledge of pet category marketing approaches
- Strong negotiation and resource integration skills
- Ability to independently manage the full process from business alignment to contract fulfillment
