Description
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies for the Chinese market to drive brand awareness, audience growth, and engagement.
- Manage daily operations and content publishing across TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, Bilibili, and Video Accounts.
- Plan and produce platform-specific content, including short videos, images, posts, ad copy, and scripts.
- Execute organic campaigns and paid social ads, optimizing targeting, creative, and performance.
- Monitor and engage with community comments, messages, and interactions to foster user engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (designers, video producers) to deliver campaigns on time.
- Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate content and campaign performance.
Requirements
- Experience in social media marketing, platform management, brand marketing, or growth marketing; prior brand account operation preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing accounts on TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, Bilibili, or Video Accounts.
- Strong understanding of the Chinese social media ecosystem, platform algorithms, user behavior, and trends.
- Ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns with a focus on audience growth and engagement.
- Solid copywriting skills for social media, ads, short video scripts, and campaigns.
- Comfortable analyzing data to inform content and marketing strategies.
- Project management skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager, Douyin Ads, or social media management tools is a plus.
