Requirements
- Take full ownership of TikTok operations, including overall strategy planning and execution
- Experience building and scaling brands from 0 to 1
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with product and supply chain teams
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads, including strategy and ROI optimization
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends and respond quickly
- Proven team management experience, with the ability to drive OKRs
