Description
- Assist with the daily operation of exhibitions, including permanent exhibitions and temporary domestic and international shows
- Support exhibition maintenance, including gallery巡检, basic artwork protection, visitor reception, and guided tour assistance
- Assist in coordinating exhibition materials, visitor flow tracking, and audience feedback analysis
- Support the execution of public education programs, including workshops, academic forums, and museum-school collaboration projects
- Assist in organizing offline events such as creative markets, music festivals, IP collaborations, and cross-disciplinary art programs
- Coordinate with guests, partners, and vendors to ensure smooth event execution
- Support cultural merchandise operations, including product listing, inventory tracking, and sales data analysis
- Assist with ticketing operations, membership management, and brand collaboration coordination
- Help manage social media content publishing, formatting, and user engagement
- Support daily venue operations, including visitor services, on-site coordination, and basic issue handling
- Assist with communication and coordination with partner institutions, such as universities and cultural organizations
- Maintain operational documentation and assist with data tracking, reporting, and archiving across exhibitions, events, and sales
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Art Management, Museology, Western Art History, Sculpture, Cultural Industry Management, Marketing, Chinese Language & Literature, or related fields; outstanding fresh graduates are welcome
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese
- English CET-4 or above; basic international communication ability required
- French reading/writing or speaking ability preferred
- 1+ year experience in museums, galleries, cultural institutions, or tourism-related spaces preferred
- Experience supporting exhibitions, public education programs, markets, or music festivals preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle data tracking, documentation, and operational coordination independently
- Familiarity with tools such as Xiumi, Photoshop, or video editing tools is preferred
- Strong interest in art, particularly Rodin and Western modern sculpture
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork, communication, and a public service mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours during exhibitions and large-scale events
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)
- Study abroad experience in France or French as a working language
- Full-time operations experience at leading museums or art institutions
- Experience in independently planning youth-focused art events or IP collaborations
- Skills in photography, videography, graphic design, or video editing
- Academic background in sculpture or art history, with knowledge of Rodin or Western modern sculpture
