Description
- Manage official social media accounts and develop platform operation plans based on business goals, trends, and hot topics
- Plan and execute content aimed at increasing exposure, follower growth, and engagement
- Handle the full content workflow, including ideation, copywriting, design, video editing, publishing, and performance analysis
- Ensure content quality and tone align with brand identity and market needs
- Participate in online and offline events, capturing photos and videos and producing social media materials
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Journalism, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields preferred
- Familiarity with social media platform operations, especially in children, education, IP, or content-related industries
- Experience creating high-performing social media content preferred
- Strong writing skills, creativity, and ability to independently plan and produce content
- Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools, including creating videos, bilingual subtitles, posters, and long-form graphics
- Fluent English reading and writing skills
- Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and execution ability
