Description
- Build and manage a social media matrix aligned with brand positioning, primarily on Xiaohongshu and Douyin
- Identify trends, develop creative content, and take responsibility for follower growth and content quality
- Plan and execute online fan campaigns tied to trending topics and key brand moments
- Identify, outreach, and collaborate with social media influencers, independently reviewing content to ensure accurate brand messaging
- Write copy for social media content, e-commerce materials, and offline campaign promotions
Requirements
- Heavy social media user with strong knowledge of Xiaohongshu and Douyin platforms and content algorithms
- Experience in social media operations within the FMCG industry
- Familiar with influencer collaboration, paid advertising, and brand account growth strategies
- Portfolio or case studies preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review performance data and optimize content
- Good aesthetic sense and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate design needs effectively
