Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for football and gaming clients, understanding needs and translating them into actionable plans
- Independently manage social retainer projects, including content planning and execution timelines
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality launches
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, optimizing content strategy based on performance data and feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3–5 years of experience in an advertising agency or similar environment
- Strong interest and understanding of football and/or gaming culture
- Experience managing social retainer or campaign projects, with the ability to drive projects independently
- Solid project management and communication skills
- Strong content sense and understanding of social media platforms (Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
