Description
- Coordinate content production pipelines: Assist the AIGC workflow architecture team in designing and deploying industrial-grade content production pipelines, node- and component-based, ensuring efficiency and reusability.
- Solve consistency challenges: Address business needs such as IP character consistency, stylized visuals, and batch production using ControlNet, IP-Adapter, and custom model training to reduce uncertainty in the generation process.
- Act as a technical-creative translator: Convert abstract creative requirements into precise prompt engineering and node logic, and guide creative teams to use built tools efficiently.
- Automate workflows: Explore API calls and workflow integration to streamline AI toolchains and office processes, reducing repetitive manual work.
- Track technical trends: Monitor Hugging Face, Civitai, and academic research to translate cutting-edge models and algorithms into actionable content production tools.
Requirements
- Comfortable with ComfyUI: Capable of independently building complex workflows, optimizing logic for efficiency and quality.
- Geek mindset: Strong curiosity in tech stacks, understanding Python basics, able to use simple scripts to support workflows, with an engineer’s problem-solving perspective.
- Strong aesthetic sense: High visual literacy in composition, lighting, and commercial content; able to identify high-quality outputs from algorithm-generated noise.
- Clear delivery logic: Able to translate technical details into SOPs for smooth use by non-technical creative team members.
- Self-driven and collaborative: Highly adaptable and capable of learning quickly in a fast-changing AIGC field, enhancing creative team output through technology.
Plus:
- Experience in custom node development, plugin writing, or API integration.
- Full LORA training experience with successful deployment or commercialization cases.
- Contributions to GitHub or AI communities, or personal technical influence in AI circles.
