Responsibilities:

• Provide online and offline customer reception and service
• Participate in visual content creation
• Organize products and manage shipments
• Assist with daily studio operations

• Familiarity with various social media platforms
• High sense of responsibility, initiative, and diligence
• Aesthetic taste that aligns with the brand style
• Polite, confident, patient, approachable, and good communication skills
• Jewelry sales experience preferred
• A love for plants and flowers is a plus
