• Manage and support the full lifecycle of game development projects, ensuring smooth execution across all stages
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate communication between departments to ensure project alignment
• Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure delivery quality and timelines
• Support workflow optimization and ensure efficient collaboration using project management tools
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle

• Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, capable of collaborating with overseas teams
• 5+ years of experience in the game industry, with a strong understanding of full-cycle game development processes
• Strong passion for the gaming industry, with good self-management, stress tolerance, and a proactive working attitude
• Strong cross-department communication and coordination skills, with the ability to independently identify and solve problems
• Proficient in standard office software and mainstream project management tools
