Description
- Develop annual and quarterly community operation strategies across product categories, including user segmentation, content planning, campaign schedules, and growth targets
- Manage daily community operations, including user engagement, interaction, and customer communication
- Plan and produce category-related content such as articles, short videos, and discussion topics
- Independently organize and execute online community campaigns, including promotional events, membership activities, and offline events, to improve engagement and sales conversion
- Identify and cultivate core KOC users while building long-term user growth systems within the community
- Monitor alcohol-related store data, analyze trending keywords and market developments, and track competitor activity
- Provide internal recommendations for product selection and operational optimization to strengthen competitiveness within relevant product categories
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of independent private-domain community operation experience within consumer goods industries, preferably food, FMCG, or fresh produce sectors
- Proven experience building communities from scratch or successfully revitalizing mature communities
- Strong interest and knowledge in categories such as coffee, alcohol, snacks, or related lifestyle products
- Strong copywriting skills, visual sensibility, and content planning ability, with an understanding of how content drives engagement and purchasing behavior
- Comfortable using data analysis tools and making data-driven operational decisions
- Strong communication skills and user empathy, with the ability to understand customer behavior and needs
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to adapt to fast-paced work environments
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
