Description
- Lead end-to-end management of key brand campaigns and major projects, ensuring ideas are translated into fully executed outcomes
- Oversee full project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and deliverables are met
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including PR, content, social media, visual design, product, and supply chain
- Liaise with external agencies and partners to ensure execution quality and timeline control
- Monitor project progress and ensure smooth delivery across multiple parallel workstreams
- Conduct project reviews, summarize learnings, and build internal knowledge and best practices for future campaigns
Requirements
- Strong project management capability at P5–P6 level, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and maintain overall execution rhythm
- Proven experience in cross-team coordination and stakeholder management
- Ability to clearly communicate brand tone and direction across different teams and partners
- Experience in large-scale offline events or retail/store activation projects is a strong plus
