We are an international trading company based in Shanghai, focused on working with the Chinese market. Due to business expansion, we are looking for a Communications Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and coordinate with Chinese partners and contractors
• Handle business correspondence in Chinese (written and spoken)
• Participate in negotiations, assist with translation, and provide communication support
• Work with Chinese-language documentation
• Coordinate tasks with external partners
• Maintain and develop business relationships

• Chinese language proficiency at HSK 4 or above (spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s degree from a Chinese university
• Willingness to work in an office in Shanghai
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to process information quickly and learn fast
• Candidate must be from Russia or CIS countries

Nice to have:

• Experience working with Chinese companies
• English language skills

• Office-based position in Shanghai
• Schedule: Monday–Friday (5/2)
• Work visa support provided
• Salary: 8,000–10,000 RMB
