Description
• Strategy planning: build and manage cross-platform operations across Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and WeChat Official Account, including annual planning, media buying, and growth strategies
• Content direction: oversee shooting and editing, use AI tools to improve production efficiency while maintaining content quality and visual consistency
• Operations & conversion: manage publishing, copywriting, private traffic operations, data analysis, and competitor benchmarking
• Client management: develop brand seeding and content strategies, lead independent pitches, and ensure KPI delivery
• Trend & AI-driven content: generate creative ideas at scale, maintain account tone, and keep content fresh and engaging
Requirements
• 5–8 years of experience in new media operations, with strong understanding of platform algorithms and growth mechanics (Xiaohongshu / Douyin / WeChat)
• Hands-on skills in shooting and editing, including composition, lighting, and fast video production using tools like Jianying and AI editing tools
• Strong copywriting ability across formats, including seeding content, short video scripts, and editorial articles with strong platform-native tone
• Proven experience in client communication and pitching, with ability to independently deliver end-to-end projects
• Capable of managing the full workflow from shooting, editing, publishing, operations to client servicing, with solid team coordination experience
