Description
- Responsible for full-store operations, including product listing, removal, and end-to-end store maintenance
- Manage inventory control, including stock monitoring, forecasting, replenishment, clearance of slow-moving items, and risk prevention
- Optimize product visuals (titles, main images, detail pages) to improve click-through and conversion rates
- Execute Douyin product card traffic strategies to improve exposure, ranking, and organic traffic performance
- Operate paid traffic tools such as Douyin Ads / “Qianchuan”, including campaign setup, optimization, and ROI improvement
- Plan and execute promotional activities such as flash sales, discounts, coupons, and store campaigns
- Monitor key performance metrics (GMV, CTR, CVR, UV value, traffic sources, ad performance) and produce regular reports with actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with platform rules and coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and after-sales teams
Requirements
- College degree or above, with 3+ years of independent Douyin Shop operation experience
- Proven experience in launching new stores from 0–1, creating best-selling products, and scaling product card traffic
- Strong operational knowledge of Douyin Shop backend, Qianchuan, Douyin E-commerce analytics tools, and related systems
- Solid understanding of both organic traffic and paid traffic strategies
- Strong visual and product design sense, including image editing, layout design, and conversion-focused creatives
- Experience in inventory management, including forecasting, allocation, and clearance strategies
- Strong data analysis skills using Excel or similar tools
- High sensitivity to platform rules and e-commerce trends, strong execution and pressure resistance
- Bonus: experience in pet product category, live-stream operation, or ERP systems
