Description
- Manage end-to-end operations on platforms such as Xiaohongshu, including content planning, creation (image/video), posting, engagement, and performance analysis
- Conduct regular pet industry and competitor research, identifying market trends, user insights, and content directions
- Support the setup and daily operations of e-commerce stores (e.g., Taobao, Xiaohongshu), including product listings, page optimization, campaign planning, and performance tracking
- Assist in the planning and preparation of local lifestyle platform operations (e.g., Dianping) for future offline retail stores
- Support community management, brand campaign planning, and cross-brand collaboration initiatives
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in new media or e-commerce operations; experience building accounts from scratch is a plus
- Strong interest in the pet industry with solid market awareness and competitor research ability
- Basic content creation skills, including copywriting, visual editing, or short video planning/editing (pet-related experience preferred)
- Strong user mindset, communication skills, and data awareness with regular performance review habits
- Responsible, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment; interest in offline retail development is a plus
