Description
- Oversee daily operations of domestic retail stores in China
- Manage standardized operations with authorized partners (Suzhou franchise stores)
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of offline pop-ups, markets, and brand activation events
- Manage warehouse, logistics, and inventory operations for office and fulfillment centers
- Execute cross-platform e-commerce operations
- Build and continuously improve SOPs across all operational scenarios, and report key business performance data
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-chain retail operations, including store management and warehouse/logistics fulfillment
- Strong ability to build standardized processes with high attention to detail and data accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving systems and rapid iterations
- Experience in organizing and executing offline markets, pop-ups, or similar brand activations
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with ability to communicate with both local teams and international HQ
- Franchise or brand partnership management experience is a plus
- Willing to travel frequently and adapt to a dynamic, multi-city working schedule
