Description
- Develop and execute full-channel e-commerce strategies to drive business growth across multiple platforms
- Manage product assortment and pricing strategies to ensure both profitability and scalable growth
- Lead strategic planning and daily operations of official stores on Tmall and Douyin, including key product launches and traffic growth
- Build and maintain performance tracking systems to analyze key sales metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Optimize product selection, pricing, promotions, and channel allocation based on data-driven insights
- Build and lead a high-performing, young sales team and coordinate cross-functional collaboration to achieve business targets
Requirements
- 5+ years of e-commerce operations experience in the beauty and personal care industry
- Strong understanding of Tmall and Douyin platform rules, ecosystems, and growth mechanisms
- Deep knowledge of premium beauty consumer behavior and market dynamics
- Proven ability to design and manage product and pricing strategies independently
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to extract insights from large datasets and turn them into action
- Result-oriented, strong under pressure, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong aesthetic sense and sensitivity to brand identity and visual presentation is a plus
