We are looking for a Showroom Operations Associate to support the daily operation of SageSalt’s Shanghai offline space.

The role will include:

• Welcoming visitors during showroom opening hours and providing a comfortable in-store experience
• Assisting customers with trying on clothes and answering questions about products
• Keeping the showroom and clothing displays organized and well-maintained
• Supporting daily brand content and other operational tasks
• Helping create a relaxed, thoughtful environment where visitors can explore the products at their own pace

We are looking for someone who:

• Has stable personal interests and a rich everyday life, whether it’s reading, films, music, travel, writing, or other creative interests
• Communicates naturally and makes people feel comfortable; you don’t need to be highly outgoing, but you should enjoy connecting with people
• Has a basic sense of aesthetics and an interest in clothing, styling, fabrics, and how clothes feel when worn
• Is detail-oriented and takes care of both products and physical spaces
• Prefers genuine conversations over pushy sales approaches or exaggerated selling techniques
• Identifies with SageSalt’s product philosophy and way of working
